I am an independent teacher. Can I use Boukii?

Yes, you can use Boukii as long as you meet the requirements of the payment gateway.

My school has several evolution levels for its clients, can I add and/or modify them in Boukii?

Yes, you can add the levels you need for each sport your school teaches. You can also add as many objectives for each level as your school needs.

My school needs additional features, can Boukii help me?

Yes, thanks to our team of developers we can add almost anything, just tell us what you need, we will give you a quote and take care of everything.

Can I connect Boukii to my accounting software ?

In the coming weeks, a plugin will be available to connect Boukii to Bexio.
If you do not use Bexio, you will be able to download the main accounting data in Excel and introduce them in your usual accounting system.

I don't have a website and/or I would like to renew it, can you help me?

Yes, if you are a Boukii customer, you will have access to the services of the digital agency Neuron-e, the company that developed Boukii and our entire digital system.
They will also be able to help you with marketing and advertising if you wish and you will also benefit from significant discounts (up to 50%) as a Boukii customer.

Can I use the Boukii Pay gateway to bill for other types of products and services?

All courses entered in the Boukii School interface are recorded in Boukii Pay.
Boukii Pay also allows you to create other types of products or services independent of Boukii School.
Boukii Pay also has a virtual terminal that you can use to collect payments at your workplace, both online and in person.

Is it possible to use Boukii in other languages?

Yes, Boukii is available in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.

How can my clients book my school's courses?

They can do this in several ways:

  • From the link we send you when you become a VBoukii School customer. You just have to insert this link on your website and all the courses you have created and activated will appear in the school's interface.
  • They will also be able to book your classes from the Boukii Sports app (free) that your customers can download from the Ios and Android marketplaces.
  • They will also be able to make their reservations from Boukii.com, which is our customer page.

Is the application for my teachers free?

Yes, Boukii teach is totally free and can be downloaded from the Iphone and Android market place.
Once downloaded, the teacher only has to connect with your school account.

I'd like to try Boukii but I'm sure I'll need help setting it up. Can you help me?

Of course! The first start-up is with you. We will guide you step by step and give you examples of some parts of the application.
Afterwards, you will be able to consult our user manual which is accompanied by numerous videos.
A telephone support service is also available.
